A creative South American man, passionate about cooking, agriculture and soccer immigrated to Redondo Beach, California over 40 years ago. He brought with him his legendary Peruvian hot sauce recipe. In the beginning, he would make his famous Peruvian hot sauce for all of the neighbors and local surfers in the area. As demand grew, he and his family decided it was time to share their Peruvian hot sauce beyond the neighborhood, and offer it to  the world. Our hot sauces are made with premium all-natural ingredients and chili peppers cultivated for over 7000 years in the Peruvian Andes. 
Keeping with the Peruvian heritage, we named our hot sauce "PACHA" meaning "WORLD"in the Incan Quecha language.  
Now we are sharing the flavor of "PACHA" with the "WORLD"
